Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) On-the-Job Training (OJT) program is designed to provide dislocated workers and other eligible individuals with job opportunities for which they would not otherwise qualify.

Companies submit a weekly timesheet indicating hours worked and receive a monthly wage reimbursement for qualified workers. The position and pay rate set by the employer, equal to a (prevailing wage). The incentive for the employer is to expose participants to occupations, source talent, and receive reimbursement of pay wages based on the size of the company on a sliding scale.
